Who we are. EasyImage is a service of Easytech, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (easytech.ae). "We" and "us" mean Easytech. "You" means the person or business using EasyImage.
The service. EasyImage creates and edits images with artificial intelligence. You can generate images from text, edit and extend images, remove backgrounds, upscale, and use the API. The service is offered as it is, with no promise that it is always available.
Who may use it. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it, including through your API keys. Keep your sign-in details and keys private.
AI results. Images are produced by AI models and can be unexpected, inaccurate or similar to existing images. Check every image before you use it, especially for commercial, medical, legal or news use. You are responsible for how you use what you make.
Your content. You keep ownership of the images you upload and, as far as the law allows, of the images you generate. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to run the service for you, including the automatic safety checks described in our privacy page. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from any person shown in a photo you upload.
AI marking. Images we generate carry a hidden note in their file data that says they were made with AI. Do not remove it or present an AI image as a real photograph in a way that misleads people.
Safety checks. Every prompt and every image is checked automatically. We refuse requests that break the acceptable-use rules, and we may review, block or remove content and suspend accounts that break them.
Service level. The plans are self-serve. They come with no uptime commitment and no service-level agreement. We fix problems as fast as we can, and the refund terms below are the only compensation for downtime. If your business needs a contractual commitment, contact us for a separate written agreement.
Plans and payments. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for. A pass is a one-time payment for the stated number of days and does not renew. Prices are in US dollars; Stripe may show the equivalent in your local currency.
Refunds. Every paid plan and pass has a 14-day money-back guarantee: email support@easytech.ae within 14 days of your first payment, from the email address you paid with, and we refund it in full. We issue the refund within 5 business days; your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days. Outside that window there are no refunds for part of a period. Accounts closed for breaking the acceptable-use rules are not refunded.
Ending your account. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable-use rules, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
Liability. EasyImage is provided as it is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or interruptions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes. We may update these terms. For changes that affect what you pay, what you own, or how we may close your account, we email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of Dubai (the Dubai Courts), and not the DIFC Courts.

Terms from service providers
EasyImage uses outside AI services to make and edit images: fal.ai for image generation and Bria for background removal. By using EasyImage you also agree not to use these services for anything their own acceptable-use policies forbid; our acceptable-use rules include all of those limits. Some AI models come with their own licence terms, and where a model's licence limits how its images may be used, the pricing or model page says so.
Reselling the API
The API is for your own products and audiences. You may not resell API access or image-generation capacity, or offer a service to other people that is mainly a wrapper around EasyImage, without our written permission.
