Privacy notice

Easytech (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) runs EasyImage and is responsible for your personal data. Contact: support@easytech.ae.

What we collect.

Account: your email address, and your name if you give one.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep the plan, the dates, and Stripe's customer and payment references.

Your content: the prompts you write, the images you upload, and the images you generate.

Technical data: IP addresses, device and browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the service secure, stop abuse, and enforce limits.

Cookies: only the ones needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We run no advertising trackers.

Why we use it. To run the service and your account, take payments, check content for safety, stop abuse and fraud, answer support, and meet our legal duties. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us.

Hetzner: our servers, in the EU.

Cloudflare: image storage.

fal.ai: image generation, background removal and upscaling.

Anthropic: automatic content-safety checks of prompts and images.

Stripe: payments.

Our email provider: account emails.

Some of these are outside the UAE and the EU, so your data may be processed in other countries, including the United States. We only send each service what it needs for its task.

AI training. We do not use your prompts or images to train AI models.

How long we keep it. See "How long images are kept" below for images. Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days after you delete the account, except billing records, which we keep as long as the law requires.

Your choices. You can download your data and delete your account in your account settings. For anything else, including access, correction or a question about your data, email support@easytech.ae and we answer within 30 days.

Children. EasyImage is not for anyone under 18. We delete any account we learn belongs to a child.

How long images are kept

Images you generate or upload are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically, unless you delete them sooner. Temporary uploads that are never used are deleted within 1 day.
