A plan states how much it allows. This page says how those numbers work.
Daily line
The daily line counts images made in one UTC day. It resets at midnight UTC.
Monthly pool
The monthly pool counts images in the billing period of the plan.
A pass has one pool that runs from payment until the pass ends.
When a line is reached
When a line is reached, the page names it and says when it resets.
A busy account is slowed, not refused, and is never charged extra.
Numbers for each plan
Each plan states its own numbers. They are read from the plan.
